MED SEARCH INTERNATIONAL, INC. was established in 1992. They are bonded and licensed in the State of Illinois, and have obtained an occupational license in Osceola County in the State of Florida. Since their inception, they have placed over 200 recruits in permanent nursing positions, the majority of whom now hold managerial titles in the nursing field. Unlike other recruitment agencies, they only recruit nurses when they have a permanent position available at the specific facility and a contract from that U.S. employer. MedSearch currently recruits nurses for 22 facilities in the State of Illinois, and one hospital in the State of Florida.
Their team in the Philippines assists the applicants with respect to all the necessary paperwork to be completed and submitted to the U.S. Embassy, and we walk our recruits through the entire process step-by-step.
When recruits arrive in the U.S., they are met at the airport by a Med Search employee. They assist the recruits in obtaining housing in the U.S., aid them in procuring all necessary items, accompany them to their place of employment, assist them in obtaining their Social Security cards, and keep in close contact with them until they are well secured in their new homes and at their jobs. Their company is also composed of professionals in the field who assist in the training of the recruits, if necessary, such as obtaining CPR certification, etc.
MedSearch is unique in providing personal care and attention to their recruits. They do not just drop recruits off at their new place of employment upon arrival in the U.S. - they continue to assist our recruits until they are well situated in their new job and become acclimated to their new environment.
