Manila Resource Development Corporation is a licensed local and international recruitment and placement agency that cooses the cream of Filipino manpower to suit the requirements of business organizations worldwide.

Over the years, MANRED has deployed over 35,000 Filipino workers to a wide variety of industries, including those engaged in oil, gas or petrochemical production, hospitals and clinics, constructions, maintenance, military facilities, IT organizations/companies, hospitality industry enterprises, hotel organizations, supermarkets and cinemas. These companies and establishments are found in Asia, the United States, Central America, the Middle East, and some parts of Europe.


In addition, MANRED provides post-deployment services, including handling of travel arrangements in the Philippines for vacationing workers, and their families, and assisting its client sponsors/employers in legal cases in the Philippines.

For clients who will conduct personal interviews, MANRED provides transportation from airport to hotel, assigns a service car to the client during his entire stay in Manila, helps arrange the client's hotel booking, and assist him with his travel itinerary. All clients are given royal treatment.



MANRED guarantees the qualifications of its workers. Should the client find any of the workers unqualified and unsuitable during the three months probationary period, they will repatriate them at their expense. MANRED will also shoulder the cost of deploying the replacement workers.

MANRED is capable of deploying workers within 30 to 45 days of their selection and the receipt of the complete documents from the sponsor or the employer.
MANRED can provide profiles of the three top candidates within ten days of receipt of request.
