Job Description:
Guernsey currently has opportunities for Staff Nurses for three wards for physically frail older adults, as well as five respite facility beds.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse
- Experience not experience necessary
- New Graduates welcome to apply
You will work as part of a team, providing total nursing care, whilst promoting patient centred holistic care and maintaining the patients own level of independence for as long as possible.
You will need to be registered with NMC and have an interest in caring for the elderly
Guernsey Island's reputation for clinical excellence gives you the opportunity to utilise and develop skills within a strong well supported and well resourced clinical environment.
For those of you without prior elderly care experience- you will be given full training.
An excellent salary package is offered and you will also receive a £3,000 BONUS after two years service along with an attractive remuneration and orientation package
You will also have the added advantage of your income tax being capped at 20% meaning your income after tax will be considerably higher allowing you to save money whilst working in a beautiful location and within a first class clinical environment.
You will also be offered heavily subsidised single nursing accommodation which is of a high standard.
