Australian Nursing Solutions (A.N.S) was established in 1998 by two nurses who wanted to make a difference for their colleagues by creating an agency where nurses were truly valued, respected and celebrated. Australian Nursing Solutions is without a doubt an agency with a difference; their awareness and concern for the needs of nurses' has ensured that they, as the original Nurses assisting Nurses, live up to their motto every day.
In October 2006, founding Directors, Monique Eger and Stephanie Castro sold Australian Nursing Solutions to Healthcare Australia. Both Monique and Stephanie have remained active managers within the business.
Based in Melbourne, Australian Nursing Solutions has a goal that is the same as many of you, that is, simply to ensure a staffing resource that is professional, friendly and flexible which offers superior benefits and service. They strive to ensure that our nurses can access casual work in quality facilities that value them and their expertise, whether that be locally, intrastate, or interstate.
Australian Nursing Solutions' team have backgrounds that include Critical Care Nursing, Emergency Nursing, General Nursing, Nurse Recruitment, Nurse Education, Business and Customer Service- they are equipped to assist nurses and hospitals, as they recognise what the profession's needs are.
