ASST. DEAN / ASST. TO THE DEAN, COLLEGE OF NURSING

Requirements:

* Registered Nurse in the Philippines
* Post Graduate Degree Holder (Masters and Doctorate)
* At least with five years of competent teaching and supervisory experience in Academic Institutions
* A high standard of administrative and organizational ability
* Excellent diplomacy, communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
* Ability to work both or own initiative and as part of a team and to meet deadlines.
* Active member of the Philippine Nursing Association and/or Association of Deans of the Phil. College of Nursing
* Must be very familiar with CHED's rules, regulation and guidelines
* Must be very organized and can monitor the performance of the Faculties/Clinical Instructors
* Has the ability to prepare reports that shall be substantial for executive management decisions
