Cardiac Thoracic Nurse Practitioner Position Location: Concord, NH

  • Approximate base: $65,000-$115,000 Relocation Assistance: Provided Position Summary: Work in collaboration with the Director of Physician Services and under the direct clinical supervision of the Cardiac and Thoracic surgeons; provide and coordinate the care of the Cardiothoracic patients. Requirements: APRN license and/or Physician Assistant; a minimum of one year experience in cardiothoracic surgery (or equivalent). Masters degree REQUIRED. No travel required for this position. Background/testing REQUIRED.
  • Responsibilities: Provides and coordinates the care and education of the Cardiothoracic patient and staff. Functions as a coordinator in the care and education of patients in the inpatient unit, preoperative, postoperative and through home care programs. Act as a patient advocate, assuring that all aspects of the patients’ and families’ needs are met and preventing fragmentation of care. Hrs: 5 day week with Patient Call (1 in 3) and rounding every 4th weekend. Skills and Qualifications: Prior experience in Cardiac and/or Thoracic surgery; or acute care post surgical patients. Physical Therapist

  • Treatment of chronic and acute pain in support of for 3 MDs and 4 NPs; Realizing the full potential results of interventional pain procedures with patients; Directing guidance to decrease the number of patients that decline procedures; Providing support for in-network negotiations and agreements as well as out-of-network; Documenting and training of Nextgen EMR and EPM for PT. Monroe, LA.

Program Director

  • Approximate Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 | Relocation Assistance: Not provided | Position Summary: Relocation will be considered. Position is open due to growth/ High visibility/ NEW FACILITY/ 20 Minutes from VA Beach.
  • Part of Mary View Medical Center Oversee day to day operations of an Inpatient/ Acute Care Physical Rehabilitation Program.
