Qualifications:
- Female, 23 – 40 years old
- rof’l License Passed Board/Bar/Prof’l License Exam
- 3 years experience
Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 years post-registration experience as a staff nurse
- Exposed in all areas (ER, M/S, OB, OR, DR, etc…)
- Good communication skills
Requirements in a A4 size bond paper:

* College Diploma
* TOR with RLE
* Board Certificate
* PRC ID
* Board Rating Result
* Employment Certificate/s
* Birth certificate
* Marriage certificate (if married)
