St Ann’s Nursing Home is looking for RNs with the following qualifications:
- Minimum two years acute care or Medical-Surgical experience required
- One year experience as a charge nurse/team leader with direct supervision of employees required
- Must be willing to work evenings or night shifts for at least two years
- Willing and capable of planning and directing employees, assigning work, rewarding employees
- Capable of addressing numerous issues/complaints and resolving problems
- Must have the ability to prioritize, communicate effectively and resolve conflicts
- Able to work with others with diverse backgrounds
