Mary Johnston continues its healing ministry in the indigent areas of Tondo Manila that began in 1906. From its humble beginnings, the Hospital’s operations have grown to include facilities for major operations, OB-GYN, Medical, Surgery and Pediatric care, X-ray and Ultrasonography, CT Scan, Clinical Laboratory, Intensive Care Units, Hemodialysis, Endoscopy, Holter and Fetal Monitoring, 2-D Echo, Recovery Room, Emergency Room, Out-Patient Department, Social Service, and Ambulance Service.

Currently, Mary Johnston has a staff of 34 resident physicians, 117 active consultants, 63 visiting consultants, and 16 associate physicians, as well as 86 graduate nurses and 234 salaried staff. The Hospital also has a total bed capacity of 150, with an average percentage of occupancy at 40%. The building currently has 136 rooms which houses the various departments and facilities MJH has to offer.

Mary Johnston Hospital continues to pursue the mission begun by Dr. Parrish. As it was in Dr. Parrish's time, MJH today accepts all who come to her doors, regardless of color, creed, religion or political persuasion. And even with the very limited resources, the Hospital strives to provide the best services it can afford.
