APHCV is a Community Health Center whose mission is to plan, provide, advocate and coordinate accessible, affordable, culturally competent and effective health care services that targets underserved Asians and Pacific Islanders and offers services to all individuals; and to provide programs of community economic development for the benefit of low income API communities in Hollywood,
the greater downtown area, North Hollywood and any other areas with unmet needs in Los Angeles County.
Asian Pacific Health Care Venture provides a full lifecycle of primary health care services. Care is provided in seven Asian and Pacific Islander languages, including Thai, Vietnamese, Cambodian,
Tagalog, Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin as well as English and Spanish.
Managed care organizations have certified our quality of care with generally 95% to 100% audit
ratings. They also adhere to federal standards for more than 15 Lifecycle measures of care as a federally funded Community Health Center.
