The Asia Pacific Regional Headquarters in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated individual to join Tyco Healthcare Pte Ltd's team. Tyco Healthcare Pte Ltd is looking for Sleep Diagnostics/Therapeutics & Oxygen Therapy (Full Time) specialist
Responsibilities :
* The Clinical Training Specialist (CTS) must facilitate and assist in developing product training to new and existing staff, distributors and client sites for Sleep Diagnostics and Therapeutics and Oxygen Therapy.
* The CTS must provide instruction on the technical and clinical aspects of Sleep diagnostic and therapeutic equipment so that client sites can utilize the equipment with skill and increased efficiency in all appropriate clinical applications.
* The CTS must continually update his/her own skills in order to troubleshoot technical and/or clinical problems.
* The CTS is to assist the Regional Marketing team in developing custom marketing tools (from a support and training perspective) to meet specific customer needs when required.
* The CTS reports to and works closely with the Regional Product Manager in Singapore to address and carry out the above-stated responsibilities.
* The CTS position will entail travel up to 50% of the time.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor degree (BS or BA) form a 4-year college or university in Respiratory Therapy, Nursing or related healthcare program.
* Registered Sleep Technologist (RPSGT) or registry eligible, Respiratory Therapist or registered nurse with ventilation experience.
* Minimum of three (3) years experience in technical or clinical training
* Comfortable and experienced in public speaking.
* Experience in developing curriculum and training manuals/programs
* Previous experience using Tyco or competitor sleep diagnostic & therapeutic products is advantageous.
* Working knowledge of written and spoken Mandarin is a plus
