Kester Grant College offers BS Nursing Academic program. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) aims to : • Equip the students with learning tools necessary to understand and practice Nursing philosophies and concepts. • Develop in the students knowledge and skills in nursing patients. • Provide students with legal frameworks and knowledge to ensure that they do their duties appropriately. • Provide students with hands-on experiences in various hospitals that will make them understand the concepts that they learn in the classroom develop management and leadership styles and skills can ensure an efficient, effective and productive workforce. • Develop in the students philosophies and values that will ensure that they understand that Nursing is not merely a job but a vocation and a commitment as well.

Cebu Institute of Medicine

CEBU INSTITUTE OF MEDICINE is o­ne of the recognized five Centers of Excellence, nationwide. Its over-all passing percentage in the Philippine Medical Board Examination is 95.37% from 1994-1998 and 96% in the February 2005 Examination. The Cebu Institute of Medicine is a non-stock, non-profit institution established in June 1957, then known as Cebu Institute of Technology, College of Medicine (CIT – College of Medicine). Its pioneering class of 33 students graduated in 1962 from the then five-year curriculum. In 1966, CIT – College of Medicine became an affiliate of Velez College under a new name – Cebu Institute of Medicine (CIM).
